Sign up with a web site that will allow you to upload your e-book to their site for re-sale.  Many of these web sites will keep a portion of your payment, but the good news is you are not paying any money up front to have your e-book listed on their site.

Create a web page, blog or website to get word out you have an e-book for sale.
